There is a special feeling that permeates throughout our ability to recognize conscience thought leading to feelings of emotion. It is like an organic orb that radiates outward from deep within, and it completely encapsulates us within a transparent spherical capsule. Homo sapiens possess a unique sense of self-actualization, an ability to realize one’s personal potential, and to strive for self-fulfillment. Our species has evolved with astounding intellectual advances. Our presence and actions have had a profound impact on the overall health and vitality of the planet’s physical stature and its biologic (animals, insects, planets) inhabitants. This ability to adapt to a dynamically changing world has enabled significantly measured improvements in lifestyle for humans; however, our species also has critical flaws which could be our final demise.

Individual character elements, personality traits, and socially developed and accepted mannerisms are what bind our sense of being together, and they ultimately contribute to the foundations of each individual person. Our deportment and aphorisms include: self-respect, a strong physical, emotional, and mental state for someone or something often referred to as love; compassion, integrity, tolerance, human decency, empathy, a sense of honor, morality, trust, responsibility, discipline, an ability to recognize right from wrong, ethics, and an ability to distinguish truth from lies. The foundation for our beliefs is predicated on an infinite assemblage of thoughts from our emerging development through historical progression. What we as individuals, and by extension, a collective citizenry believe, evolves from our upbringing, past and present lifetime experiences, level of education, and structured ability to secure credible information from reliable, truthful, peer-reviewed sources. It is sad that nearly one-third of the population in this country seem to have abandoned many of the axioms of human decency.

The essence of one’s true character, the foundations of an individual’s personality, their behavior, cognitions, and emotional patterns are constructed through a conflict fought between the sins and virtues within one’s consciousness.
